Hey y’all! I’m so glad that you decided to visit my blog and learn a little bit about my life. I have tossed around the idea of blogging for a few years now, and I finally decided to pursue it!

Purpose

My purpose for this blog is to help others in any way that I can, whether that be planning for an upcoming trip on a budget, drafting an itinerary, menu planning for budget grocery shopping, thrifty home decor ideas, travel tips, helping YOU create a profitable blog. So basically…life in general. I definitely don’t have it all figured out, but I will share what I know and will continue to learn as I go…one list at a time. 🙂

Life

“Life is either a great adventure or nothing.” -Helen Keller

First off, my name is Lacee, and I am happily married and have been now for a little over five years. I am a teacher and a blogger.

If I’m not teaching then I am busy cooking yummy meals, working on our budget, doing some DIY project, or planning our next travel adventure. (or making lists…I LOVE lists.) I also enjoy riding bikes with my husband. Cycling is such a great work out, and it’s fun too! Read about that here!

I try to constantly self-reflect because I believe in trying to be more like Jesus every day. That makes me a work in progress for sure. I would describe myself as passionate, focused, honest, and goofy.

*Funny side note, one time I tried describing myself as “chill”, and my husband quickly informed me that “chill” does NOT describe my personality. Oops. 😉
